Accountability Groups Information

Keeping in mind that one of the pillars of our community is to keep each other accountable for the goals that we set, in business and in life – all of our members are encouraged to join or form an accountability group with other members.

If you don’t attend our Monthly Meet-Ups, we still encourage you to find a few others within the Facebook group and keep each other accountable, as it will benefit everyone. If you’re struggling to find an accountability partner(s), please reach out to David or Cody, and we will help connect you with someone.

Accountability Groups keep each other accountable for the goals that we set by:

  1. Forming groups of 2-3 accountability partners

  2. Each month, sharing 3 goals to be achieved by next months’ meet-up

  3. Reviewing the previous months’ goals with each other, and continuing to set new ones

  4. Checking in and encouraging each other throughout the month via phone/message/meetings

Our monthly goals need to be clear and measurable. (i.e. a clear “Yes” or “No” as to whether we accomplish our goals)

If at any meet-up, you didn’t achieve any of your 3 goals for the previous month, we recommend that you volunteer in your community for a minimum of 4 hours during the next month. We keep a running list of volunteering recommendations (found below).

We must keep each other accountable for both our goals as well as our volunteering time. This is a way that we will continue to stay true to our mission of helping fellow entrepreneurs progress faster by keeping one another accountable, as well as giving back to our community.
